The work is concerned with the material’s transformation and sculpting from a two-dimensional flat sheet of metal into three-dimensional objects by means of softening, hardening, stretching and condensing by using metal tools and a traditional manual craft technique like Annealing, Hammering, Raising and Pushing.
Each work keeps a memory of the flat sheet metal, the beginning of the work, on the final object. This allows the viewer to peek behind the process and see the size and thickness of the metal sheet.
